東京・代官山の翻訳会社「イデア・インスティテュート」のオンラインストアです。
イデア・インスティテュートでは、毎年一冊「日本文化」をテーマにした絵本を社内で企画し、翻訳、デザイン・DTP編集を行い制作しています。

日本の伝統文化の紹介を目的としたもので、絵本を通じて歴史や風土、さらには日本人の生活習慣や考え方を世界中の人々に少しでもお伝えすることができたらと、1997年から発行しております。

日本語に加え、英語・スペイン語・中国語などの多言語表記は、絵とともに視覚的にも興味深く、世代を超えた多くの方々にご愛読していただいております。

Every year, we plan and produce a picture book related to the theme of Japanese culture in-house, handling everything from translation and design to DTP and editing.

We began this project in 1997 out of a desire to share Japanese history, culture, lifestyle practices, and philosophical concepts with people around the world through illustrated books.

Along with the illustrations, the multilingual text in Japanese as well as other languages like English, Spanish, and Chinese makes the books interesting to look at and has won them many fans among readers of all ages.
